Bought this for less than $10.00, red is an easy color to detect in a black bag.
Can be squeeze easily in any carrying case. I wish it comes in more colors.
One side fit the HDrive, the other side comes with a netted compartment for cable or another HDrive. It's a little taller for a 2.5" HDrive.
It's beautiful and well made clam shape case, good 2.5" hard drive protection. I have four of them now and it makes a mountain when stack-up together but I recommend it.
Intended to fit other size HDrive. If you don't mind bulkiness this is for you.
In my travel, I use the WD 2.5" HD pouch, it is nudge fit with adequate protection.
The case protects the drive from dirt and rain, and even includes a place to store the USB cable. Glad I bought it.
The drive itself would fit in a shirt pocket, but the PHDC is not that small. Although not made specifically for the Samsung portable hard drive I carry in it, the Caselogic PHDC-1 EVA case is ideal for the purpose. One side has an elastic band that holds the drive securely and the other side has a pocket that holds the USB cable. However, it takes up very little room in a briefcase, totebag, or backpack, or even a large-ish purse. Caselogic does it again.
I use it for the freeagent external drives and works great, as a matter of fact I have already purchased 6 of them.A bit smaller for the seagate freeagent drives would be even better.
